The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 

“Every disease has a cure. If a cure is applied to the disease, it is relieved by the permission of God the Almighty.” 

God the Almighty orders: “Eat and drink but avoid excess.” 

God the Almighty says:

“Weigh with justice and do not fall short in the balance.”  

The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 

“You should conduct business, for in it is 9 out of 10 livelihoods. 9 out of 10 of sustenance are from business.”

God the Almighty orders: "O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for God, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives..." 

And also: "And spy not, neither backbite one another."

The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 

“Whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him speak goodness or remain silent.” 

• 1. Safekeeping Agreement
• Safekeeping is contract where customers entrust their money or assets to the bank, which is responsible for their security. This agreement is based on trust, and the bank is not entitled to make a profit from the deposit. The main goal is to ensure safety and integrity of the entrusted funds.
• 2. Profit-Sharing Partnership
• It is a business partnership contract involving two parties: the capital provider and the fund manager. In this model, the bank usually provides the capital, while the customer manages the business. Profits are shared based on a pre-agreed ratio, while any losses are borne solely by the capital provider—unless mismanagement or violation is proven.
• 3. Equity Partnership
• It involves a joint venture where two or more parties contribute capital to run a business. Profits and losses are shared proportionally, based on each party’s contribution or mutual agreement. This type of contract promotes cooperation and shared responsibility in investment activities.
• 4. Cost-Plus Sale
• In this contract, the bank purchases a product requested by the customer and then sells it back to them at a profit margin. The original purchase price and the profit are disclosed upfront. This transparent method allows customers to obtain needed goods while complying with principles.
• 5. Forward Sale Financing
• This is a type of contract used for advance purchase transactions, especially in agriculture or manufacturing. The customer pays in full at the time of the agreement, while the delivery of goods is scheduled for a future date. This helps suppliers or producers get capital upfront.
• 6. Manufacturing Financing
• Similar to Forward Sale Financing it is used for ordering goods that are to be manufactured according to specific requirements. However, unlike Forward Sale Financing, both payment and delivery can be made in stages, depending on the agreement between the buyer and manufacturer.
• 7. Leasing Agreement
• This refers to a lease contract where the bank rents out goods or services to a customer for a fixed period. Ownership of the asset remains with the bank, while the customer pays for the right to use it. This type of contract is often used for equipment or service-based transactions.
• 8. Lease-to-Own Agreement
• This is an enhanced version of Leasing Agreement, in which the customer has the option to own the leased asset at the end of the rental period. Commonly used for vehicle or property financing, this model combines leasing with a future transfer of ownership.
• 9. Benevolent Loan
• Benevolent Loan is a non-profit loan extended by the bank to a customer. The borrower is required to repay the exact amount borrowed within an agreed timeframe. No interest or profit is taken, as the essence of this contract is mutual assistance and social responsibility.

• Trust and Integrity: Professionals and project managers in the construction industry are expected to treat resources and labor as a divine trust, maintaining honesty and avoiding fraud or corner-cutting.

• Privacy: Traditional architecture prioritizes family privacy and modesty, utilizing layouts that shield private living spaces from public view or neighboring intrusion.

• AI as a Tool: AI is similar to computers or the internet. It processes patterns and data but lacks a soul, self-awareness, or true consciousness.
• Human Responsibility: Because AI cannot reason morally or possess accountability, humans (programmers and users) bear full responsibility for its outcomes and any harm it causes. 
• The Pursuit of Knowledge: Seek knowledge and innovation. Historical roots tie back to early mathematicians, whose algorithmic work aided inheritance and legal calculations. 

Ethical Guidelines and Applications

• Avoiding Harm: Ethics apply principles like blocking means to harm, prioritizing the prevention of damage over acquiring benefits. Using AI for deepfakes, spreading misinformation, or deception is strictly sinful.
• Boundaries: AI cannot replace qualified experts of any field of category. 
• Stewardship: Contemporary institutions,  emphasize balancing technological utility with environmental and social costs.
